While this is not intended to be an in depth clinical assessment, this consultation will offer suggestions toward what may be best suited to support your unique body and mind.

An on-the-spot walking tour to get to know what is growing at your residence or a particular location. Conversation can include how to best support the plants and ways that they can support you, including guidance on folk medicine making practices. Additional recommendations can be discussed for intentional medicinal landscaping.

Crafted herbal preparations include folk-inspired plant medicine (tinctures, oxymels, elixirs, teas, and infused oils) that are lovingly hand-made in small batches for events, local businesses, and by request. Offerings change with the seasons, as they are created with what is responsibly gathered or grown locally.
